Welcome to My Living Donation Story!

Living donors are a source of inspiration and hope to those waiting on the transplant list. Each time a living donor steps up to selflessly give a part of themselves, it takes another person off of the extensive waiting list for a deceased donor. This leads to someone on the waiting list to “getting the call”.

Sharing our stories of living donation, sharing our experiences and how it has affected us before, during and after donation, helps to educate others about the process.

These stories are real. Some are full of pain. Others are full of joy.
